Product Description

Spiral ground piles are used for connecting solar photovoltaic bases, fixing fences, fences, and activity board houses. In sandy and soft soil conditions, their gripping ability is better than that of ordinary diagonal ground piles.

The ground piles are made of Q235B steel pipes.Generally, the height is 600-2000mm and the diameter is 50-130mm.
Select steel pipes with different thicknesses based on different loads and corrosion requirements.
Squeeze the steel pipe from one end using processing techniques to form a conical pipe body.
Continuous extrusion at once, no welding required.
Use appropriate materials in high load sections.
Spiral blades are welded using gas shielded welding technology.
The spiral ground pile flange is matched with the photovoltaic support system.
Perform hot-dip galvanizing treatment to make spiral ground piles.
